How to have your soup and drink it too

Greetings fellow sibling-irritators!

Here is an example of why it's ok to let your bro/sis hate you:

This incident dates back a good 10 years--
Time: around 4 pm when kids get post-lunch hunger attacks
Location: At a friend's place
People: 4 (Me n my bro(V), my friend and her bro(A))

We were completely famished and my friend and I decided to make ready-made soup as there was nothing else in the house.

T: "Oh sh**, we have overcooked this thing"
F: "Well done, now it's reduced to half!"
T: "Damn, now we would have share more with V & A, :( boo hoo "
F: "I think not, if they truely are our dear brothers ;) "

T to V & A: "Hey, will you guys like to have chicken soup?"
V & A unanimously: "Yes, yes!"
F with A laughing in the background: "Great, but you know what, WE have made it"

V & A with dissapointed/suspicious faces: "no ways..."

F & T: "OK!!!!"

There is a time for everything

Saw 'The Butterfly Effect' yesterday. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
But be warned, it's not for the faint-hearted. See the uncensored director's cut, that's the one to watch if you want to fully appreciate it. I have never seen a better disturbing-yet-so-freakin'-awesome movie before! It's even better than Donnie Darko!

No Sir, you may not go to the toilet

I had done countless silly things in college, well who hasn’t? But I doubt if anyone’s antics were even mildly amusing/insane or what-the-hell-was-that as mine.

To start off, a series of unfortunate in incidents that occurred to a sweet old professor of mine due to my, err, randomness..

I was a major figure in my college, chiefly due to my anti-bunking tendencies which made many fellow classmates suffer. I delighted in capturing the front seat, but unlike other first-benchers I behaved like a backbencher. I gossiped right under the professor’s nose and got countless warnings. It was only during his class that I used to unintentionally forget to switch off my cell phone. And again purely unintentionally, I just found his classes to coincide with my nap-hours.
My "awake" hours were occupied by running around to organize a movie club for college at that time. So one day I urgently needed his signature for the club to get permission for some activity. I was searching for him for an hour and found him walking really fast towards the hall (at the end of which was El Dorado).
I: "Sir please sign this for blah blah..."
He, in his sweet voice: "Baccha, I have to urgently use the toilet"

Beyond that is a ten-thousand words tome of self-disbelief to be written in 45 languages and hard bound in leather.

GO RAFA!!!

I LOVE RAFA!!!
Ever since I saw him play the semi-final at Roland Garros in '05 and beat Fedrer.
It was astonishing to see someone with pure adrenaline, beat Fedrer. He has this amazing determination, this do-or-die spirit that simply takes my breath away! It is this attitude which enables him to hit returns which most (make that 99.99999%) of the players think impossible.

I never doubted him. After winning the Wimbledon last year, he has quieted his harshest critics. He is the most spirited sportsman and person EVER!

Love you Rafa, may you win the first Australian Open title for Spain.

I ain't saying I disliked the film. It was just that I could have left it right in the middle and not missed a thing. It felt like watching DD news.

After coming out of the hall, I found EVERYONE had loved it. :(
